Community & Practice
Kurt maintains an active litigation practice, including significant trial experience in all levels of Michigan/Federal trial courts. He also sits as a case evaluator, and has served as a mediator and arbitrator in numerous matters. In addition, he has spent numerous years as an adjunct faculty member of Thomas M. Cooley Law School and Davenport University, where he has taught in the areas of pre-trial skills and business law. Kurt serves the community in a number of ways. He is past president and board member of the Children’s Law Center, and serves his church in various functions. He also remains active as a little league coach. Kurt and his wife Chris have been married since 1989, and have four children.
