Community and Practice:

Dave was a partner in the law firm Linsey, Strain & Worsfold, P.C. (currently Bosch Killman VanderWal, P.C.) from 1982-1995.  In April of 1995, Dave was appointed by the Governor of Michigan as Judge of the 61st District Court, where he served until retirement in April of 2022, including four terms as Chief Judge.  Dave rejoined Bosch Killman VanderWal in May of 2022.


Dave served as an Associate Professor of Business Law at Calvin University for 25 years.  He is past president of the Council of the LaGrave Avenue Christian Reformed Church and also served on boards of the Grand Rapids Christian Schools, Trinity Christian College and Degage.

Dave and his wife Sandy have been married since 1973.  They have six children and twelve grandchildren.  Dave spends his spare time golfing, reading and following the Detroit Tigers.
